I love my job because I have the privilege of working with the incredible, sparkling children, staff and families of The John Moore Primary School. 

 

My best memory from when I was at school was learning how to abseil down a cliff face and to believe that I could succeed

 

My top 3 favourite things to do outside of school are:

1. Spending time cooking with my beautiful children

2. Going for long walks in the countryside with Rusty our dog

3. Reading as many fantasy books as I can

I love my job because I enjoy seeing children grasp new concepts and develop in both their learning and their emotional intelligence.

My best memory from when I was at school is definitely from primary school, I especially loved my Year 6 residential to the Isle of Wight. 

My top 3 favourite things to do outside of school are:

1. Watching my children do their favourite things – football (although not when it’s very cold) and swimming.

2. Going for a long walk in the country with the dog.

3. Having a Sunday roast with my whole family (especially if my Mum has cooked it).

I love my job because no two days are the same and there is always fun to be had.

 

My best memory from when I was at school was regularly taking a school trip to the local farm during the lambing season. I still love going now!

1. Spending time with my young family

2. Cooking and baking for others

I love my job because it is a privilege to be part of the first years of a child’s school experience and to watch them grow and shine.

 

My best memory from when I was at school was bringing in tadpoles from my pond to be class pets and getting to see them grow into tiny frogs!

 

My top 3 favourite things to do outside of school are:

1. Exploring new cities, particularly in Scandinavia!

2. Enjoying something sweet, whether it is homemade or enjoying an Afternoon Tea out and about!

3. Snuggling up in front of a good movie with my cat Teddy

My best memory from when I was at school was singing rhymes in the playground.

3. Eating cake and talking about good reads at my book club

My best memory from when I was at school was when I was doing my Year 2 SATs. An Air-Ambulance helicopter landed in the playground distracting us all!

 

My top 3 favourite things to do outside of school are:

1. Reading new books that I like to share with my class.

2. Travelling to different countries around the world.

3. Trying new foods.

I love my job because I get to be there for the lightbulb moments!

 

My best memory from when I was at school was the Y6 residential trip to Wales. We explored the beach, trekked through the woods and stayed up really, really late!

 

My top 3 favourite things to do outside of school are:

1. Laughing with my friends and family.

2. Going for long walks in the woods or on the beach with my dog.

3. Travelling to new and exciting places.

My best memory from when I was at school was winning the 3 legged race at Sports Day with my best friend.

2. Spending time by the sea and at the beach.

3. Listening to lots of different kinds of music.

I love my job because I love seeing the progress that the children make both inside and outside of the classroom and there is never a dull day!

 

My best memory from when I was at school was being involved in the school productions. I went from being one of the shyest children in the class to taking centre stage!

 

My top 3 favourite things to do outside of school are:

1. Coaching my Hip Hop crews

2. Finding new walks with my dog 

3. Spending time with my friends, usually involving lots of food!

I love my job because working at JMPS is full of amazing people.

 

My best memory from when I was at school was tasting my first ever strawberry flavoured yoghurt. I was taught to use a spoon to pick up a spoonful then allow it to drip off before licking the spoon.

1. Painting and drawing

2. Video calling my family in Hong Kong

3. Cooking different cuisines. I have a subscription to Simply Cook!
